211info connects residents of Oregon and SW Washington with services to help them access affordable housing, health care, food assistance and clinics. We provided a code and architecture audit and update, then gave the site theme a facelift to make it easier for site visitors to get to the service providers' search and quickly access regional resources while staying true to the national 211 design requirements. In the end, site usability, stability, security, and ease of maintenance were all vastly improved.

The New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority partners with lenders, realtors, non-profits, local governments and developers to provide affordable housing to thousands of families in the state. MFA engaged DTEK in late 2011 to audit and update their Drupal site, add new features, start the site internationalization process providing Spanish language content, maintain the site moving forward, and provide Drupal support and training to MFA's staff.

For the first time, I felt like we had a true web partner who put out all their effort to explain what they didn't have to explain and offer advice when they didn't have to.
