We're proud to announce the new reverseshot.com, home of the Reverse Shot independent film journal. Reverse Shot is a group of talented writers publishing heady, edgy, incisive and informed reviews of selected films old and new.
The site is built on the Drupal content management platform, and harnesses its power, flexibility, bells and whistles. Content is organized into quarterly issues which are updated often with new articles, and then moved to the archives for easy access. All of the content is searchable, and articles are served up in multiple RSS feeds for your feed reader.
The custom theme we designed lets large film stills set the aesthetic tone, leaving a clean content area for the writing, and plenty of room for the menus to grow as new articles are published.
Best of all, Reverse Shot has control over site administration from top to bottom, including content creation, the editorial process, and the addition and archiving of issues.
