We’ve just launched a new web site for Urban Policy Development, a Baltimore-based urban planning firm that connects public development needs with private capital and management.

The site gives UPD an initial presence on the web, and in the future will provide details on UPD development projects. We’re excited about the site’s uber-flexible and minimally-elegant design: our best example yet of semantic and accessible code that can respond effortlessly to the visitor’s monitor, browser, font, and other preferences.
